Born in Lübeck in 1945 by Latvian parents, came to Gothenburg,

MOTHER AND CHILD
Sandras Mother and child is since 2023 part of the Gothenburg Museum of Arts collection and was recently selected by Göteborgs Postens art critic Sara Arvidsson as one of five artworks that has shaped Gothenburg.

EXHIBITION:
A NEW FREEDOM
Sandra will participate with her work Moa Martinson (as seen to the left) as well as Mother and Child at the exhibition A New Freedom at Viktoriahuset in Gothenburg between the 12th and 20th of November 2022. Other participants include Nina Bondeson, Torsten Billman, Karin Parrow and Erland Brand.

100 YEARS
Sandra was participating in Liljevalchs spring salon in 1968 and now she’s part of the retrospective exhibition when the salon celebrates 100 years. This time with her work Uppbrott. Exhibition is open until August 21st of 2022. More info.
